Put on your comfy shoes because we’re going on a little hike. Around 300 steps take you to a gorgeous view on the city. But first, you can spend some time under the arch and admire it’s beautiful architecture and statues. You can spot the arc from the Tuileries Gardens, the concorde place or walking along the Champs Elysées.

Access to the Arc is free for Europeans under 26. Otherwise it’s from 9 to 12 euros.

Beneath the arch, you can see the tomb of an unknown soldier who died in action of World War I.
